Ryan Cwach is a first year student at the University of Iowa College of Law. He has spent most of his adult life organizing for Democratic principles. As an undergraduate at the University of South Dakota, he strengthened the University Democrats organization to become the strongest student Democratic organization in the state of South Dakota. He was a campaign manager for a South Dakota state Senate seat during college and proud to say that he was a field organizer for President Obama before attending law school. In both of these campaigns, he organized students, teachers, farmers, union members as well as first time voters to knock on doors and make phone calls. In the swing state of Iowa, he organized law students to serve as legal observers for President Obama’s Counsel for Change. Ryan is excited to lead the NDLSC into a new era of strong chapters with active and strong members, but he needs your help.
